All completed orders are processed within 5-7 business days of order placement date and are shipped within 1-3 business days (Excluding weekends and holidays).
A confirmation email will be sent once orders has shipped out.
International Shipping is Available.
International Shipment Times Vary and will be calculated at the time of Order Processing.
ALL DELIVERY TIMES ARE ESTIMATES, AND THE FINAL DELIVERY DATE IS DETERMINED BYÂ MAIL COURIER'S TRANSIT ROUTE.
Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, BOMBula Bundles IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
DELIVERY DELAYS, LOST PARCELS, STOLEN PARCELS, OR MISSED DELIVERIES.​
All BOMBula Bundles orders are delivered through USPS. The buyer is responsible for providing an address the selected carrier can recognize as a deliverable address acknowledges the offered "Parcel Insurance" provided on the website at the time of order placement. The customer accepts the risk of a "lost", "missing", or "stolen" order parcel by mail courier transit if the customer declines the additional insurance.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the shipment once a package departs our facility. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (Address provided is incorrect, Issues within the shipping company (USPS), Transit Delays, etc.) we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipping delays. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for errors that the shipping carrier (USPS or International Carrier) makes, such as delayed items or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as Weather, Mail Carrier Staff Shortages, Natural Disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. Suppose an order parcel is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. In that case, the customer agrees they will file a claim directly with the shipping carrier USPS to resolve the matter or receive compensation. Failure to provide a complete adequate Shipping Address may result in a Processing Delay, "Return to Sender", or Delivery to an incorrect Address.

If your order's Shipping Address does not verify alongside the provided Payment Method's Card Holder Name and Billing Address, we will cancel your order unless proper verification is emailed.
