Due to sanitation purposes we cannot accept exchanges or returns once orders are shipped. We can and will make alterations if it is at our fault, but returns and refunds are NOT accepted under any circumstance. This is listed throughout our website & product descriptions. BOMBula Bundles is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage to hair extensions due to usage.

BOMBula Bundles will not be held responsible, and the customer agrees that a "chargeback" claim mentioning "BOMBula Bundles" will not be filed in cases where an order parcel(s) are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during shipment to the customer's shipping address or in the event that BOMBula Bundles does not accept a "return and exchange" request.
